helpful manager beach access
the front desk manager, peter gallo, was super helpful!!! he told me about breakfast times, gym location, and beach access. everything was ready at check-in and he really made me feel welcome
the pool service was slow because the servers already get their tips included.

helpful staff ocean proximity friendly demeanor extra towels
i appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, especially paris, who provided extra towels. she also gave us recommendations for local spots. i enjoyed the proximity of the hotel to the ocean. the friendly demeanor of the staff.
the hotel rooms need a little update, though it did not deter my overall stay. but a little maintenance is needed.

the hotel's beachfront location is really convenient. many attractions are a short uber ride away, costing about $6 to local bars. it's easy to find and close to everything.

excellent beachside experience
beach assistance good seat chair provision
i appreciated the assistance from marcus upon arriving at the beach. he helped us find good seats and chairs right away. i felt welcomed and his help was immediate. i found him a very helpful young man thank you.
the pool on the second story was undergoing maintenance often. the pool closed much earlier than posted times. when it was open there was sometimes a lack of towels to use to dry off.

the hotel features direct access to the beach which is a major plus for convenience. the hotel provides beach chairs and umbrellas that can be rented for a daily fee. there are multiple pools available including one on the second story.

the hotel restaurant offers a variety of dishes with options for dietary accommodations such as vegan substitutes. the food service staff are consistently friendly helpful and efficient. the sports bar serves food and drinks but hours may vary.

the room was very clean with comfortable beds which was greatly appreciated after long days. the ocean view room provided excellent scenery and added to the stay. i found the hotel overall lovely with great amenities.
